Polypropylene labels are also known as Kimdura Labels. Kimdura is a brand of polypropylene. Polypropylene labels usually have a matte finish, and might be white polypropylene, yellow polypropylene, or other colors. Thermal transfer imprintable polypropylene labels usually require a wax or wax/resin thermal transfer ribbon, i.e. the PGR Plus ribbon. Polypropylene labels are durable, waterproof and tearproof. Common applications for polypropylene labels include shelf labels and bin labels, and any other indoor application requiring durable labels or moisture-resistant labels, i.e. freezer labels.
