Thermal Transfer Labels

Able Label’s thermal transfer labels are available in standard paper, polypropylene and polyester. When you figure the cost of thermal transfer labels and a ribbon with direct thermal, which does not use a ribbon, the cost is very comparable. Able Label offers thermal transfer paper labels in standard paper, removable and ultra removable thermal transfer labels, and piggyback thermal transfer labels. Thermal transfer labels are normally used where the label is more permanent.

We can supply any of these thermal transfer labels in 8” O.D., 6” O.D and 4” O.D. Rolls.

Able Label TT-PB	Piggyback thermal transfer paper labels are produced by combining 2 layers of labels. The label may be applied to an object and then the top label removed & applied elsewhere.	Thermal Transfer Paper - Piggyback
Able Label TPK	This thermal transfer label is made of polypropylene, a synthetic material, and is used where the environment is not suitable for standard thermal transfer labels. Print using wax or wax/resin ribbons. See data sheet..	Thermal Transfer Polypropylene
Able Label TC	Thermal Transfer Polyester or (Mylar) labels are more superior abrasion resistant than polypropylene thermal transfer labels. Polyester thermal transfer labels have a glossy white finish. Print using a Resin Ribbon	Thermal Transfer Polyester
Able Label TT PLAT	This silver Polyester thermal transfer label is the same as the TC (thermal transfer polyester) with the exception of having Heavy Weight Adhesive (2 mil). Great for Asset labeling. Print using a Resin Ribbon.	Thermal Transfer Polyester

Able Label TCS-VOID	Thermal transfer Void Labels are Polyester Labels that have a tamper-evident surface that leaves a “VOID” pattern on the surface when the label is lifted. These Void thermal transfer labels cannot be switched to other equipment without being detected.	Thermal Transfer Polyester
